Roseann Carter – Congratulations on 11 years with San Luis Sports Therapy!
San Luis Sports Therapy Paso Robles and Team Movement for Life congratulate Dr. Roseann Carter, PT on her eleven years with the company!!! We are extremely grateful to have her on the team. Thank you Roseann for all you contribute as a dedicated, caring and skilled physical therapist. You are truly changing your patients’ lives with the care you deliver.
Roseann is the perfect example of a loyal Movement for Life team member. While participating in Student Athletic Training program at Paso Robles High School as a senior, Todd Olivera asked her if she would want to work as a physical therapy aide. After working for several months she knew it was something she could see herself doing. So began her journey at SLST Paso. Once deciding to pursue a career in physical therapy she relocated to San Diego State University securing an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. She then returned briefly to SLST Paso as a physical therapy aide before she completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Chapman University.
Dr. Roseann Carter, PT enjoys working with the general orthopedic and neurological patient populations. She works to challenge her patients but create a safe and successful environment. She looks forward to exploring her interests in treating the neurological patient population and pursuing an Orthopedic Specialty Certification in the future.
The last year for Roseann has been busy settling back in to Paso Robles, getting engaged and planning a wedding with Justin Koerber. Congratulations!

I have really enjoyed working with Rosie through the years. Starting with Aide to Office help to Physical Therapist. I’m so glad she came HOME to work with us. Suzette M.
Rosie is a rock star! She came in as a new grad and was quickly the busiest therapist in the clinic. She is a dedicated member of the office and is always looking out for her coworkers and patients. Jennifer S.
Rosie has made an easy transition to being part of our team in the last year and it feels like she has been here so much longer. She is very caring towards her co-workers and all of her patients. I enjoy working with Rosie on a daily basis! Lindie B.
You can’t help but smile when you work with Roseann. She has a knack for working with patients of any age (7 to 90 plus years old) keeping them focused on their treatments which helps them suceed. Yet, they are always having fun! Serena R.
Roseann has been with us as a physical therapist for about a year but her time with us goes back a lot further with her starting as a physical therapy aide. Roseann has always been a terrific colleague and we are lucky to have her back as a professional. She has a very caring attitude with her patients and combining that with her knowledge makes her an outstanding physical therapist. We are lucky to have her. Jason R.
