RECIPE – Mashed Garlic Cauliflower

  • 1 Medium to Large head of cauliflower
  • 3 Large whole garlic cloves
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste


  1. Separate and cut cauliflower into small chunks.
  2. In a medium pot, combine garlic and cauliflower
  3. Fill pot with enough cold water to cover vegitables
  4. Cover and bring to boil
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, until cauliflower is tender, drain
  6. Add olive oil, salt & pepper
  7. Using food processor or immersion blender, process until desired, smooth consistency
  8. Add salt & pepper to taste
