Jason – 13 years at San Luis Sports Therapy

Jason-Mugshot

Our Clinic Director, Jason Roda, has official served 13 years with San Luis Sports Therapy this month! He has been a Physical Therapist for 15 years, spending the first year of his Physical Therapy career in Oregon with his then fiance Serena. In July of 2002 Jason married Serena, after a few months in Oregon Jason and Serena decided to move back to Paso Robles and started working for San Luis Sports Therapy. In December of 2003 Jason became the director of our clinic here in Paso.

When Jason is not here at the clinic keeping all his employees in line and treating patients he enjoys spending time with Serena and their two boys, Jared and Anderson. As a family they like to go camping, fishing, traveling and just spending time enjoying the outdoors.

Jason was born and raised in Atascadero where he played Tight End and Outside Linebacker all four years at Atascadero High School (Go Greyhounds!). After High School he received his Associates Degree from Cuesta. He moved to Sacramento and attended Cal State Sacramento. From there he moved to the Netherlands for 2 years attending Physical Therapy school. Later he received his Doctorate at Western University of Health and Science. In that time he managed to do a bit of traveling, he visited 17 states, lived in 3 of them and has visited 5 countries.

Jason may be our boss man,  but he knows how to have fun while providing an education and productive work enviroment. You will often find us spending time together as a group outside of work enjoying each others company. If you’ve have been into our clinic you know you will find the staff smiling and having fun all while getting working done treating close to 300 patients a week! That’s not even including all our gym members our personal trainers work with!
