Fitness Friday this week is featuring our employees workout of the month, PLANKS! We’re doing both front and side planks, see video for a quick demonstration!
Week One: Front planks 30 seconds, side planks 30 seconds on each side.
Week Two: Front planks 1 minute, side planks 45 seconds on each side.
Week Three: Front planks 1.5 minutes, side planks 1 minute on each side.
Week Four: Front planks 2 minutes, side planks 1.5 minutes on each side.
