Fitness Friday – Metabolic Body Weight Workout
This week’s Fitness Friday is featuring a workout circuit straight from our Metabolic Classes! One of the benefits of being a member of our Results Program is UNLIMITED access to our various classes listed below!
Our Metabolic class runs Monday-Friday at different times to accommodate all kinds of busy schedules! The Metabolic class is a “local favorite.” This class will burn calories and get your metabolism revving and improve your cardiovascular system!
One of the many exercises our Personal Trainers guide you through during our Metabolic class is a Body Weight Workout. This workout includes TRX rows, Push-ups, Moutain Climbers and squats. Watch our Personal Trainer, Jen Myers, demonstrate each exercise.
