This week’s exercise is a staff favorite, Butt Busters!
This week’s fitness Friday exercise, Butt Busters, also happen to be our employees workout of the month for April! Each month, our Personal Trainers select an exercise for all staff to do during the course of the month. Being the competitive group that we are, our names are all posted and we check off our exercise each day. It’s oddly satisfying to check off each day!
Butt Busters are one of our favorites, partly because you get to lay down to do them but mostly because you can really feel the burn! (The good kind of burn!)
Butt Busters help to strengthen your hips, glutes and core.
Start with 7-10 reps of each position on each side.
