Do I have to be an athlete to come to San Luis Sports Therapy?

We are so much more than your traditional Physical Therapy clinic or your basic gym. You may hear “sports therapy” and think “oh, that place isn’t for me”, but before you make that decision, consider “everyone is an athlete participating in the sport of life”. Sport is defined as “an athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess”; for some standing up from your recliner without knee or low back pain to walk as quickly you can to the bathroom without falling is your athletic activity. For others it’s running your fastest half marathon or not injuring your shoulder at your weekly softball game. These activities require skill and physical prowess all at various levels.
