Group Class Descriptions
These classes are scientifically designed, changing once a month, and will provide you an efficient and effective all inclusive exercise program. There is no limit on number of times you can attend these classes during the month.
Foundations: Have fun and move to the music while learning how to move better in order to feel better. Enjoy a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, balance and activities for daily living. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. This class is perfect for beginners and those new to exercise.
Metabolic Burn: This class is a “local favorite.” Burn calories and get your metabolism revving with our version of cardio. Improve your cardiovascular system with this class!
Build Strength: Reshaping and toning with real results! Increase strength by building lean muscle to boost your metabolism and improve overall body composition, set goals and reach them with this class.
Tune-Up: This class is vital in your program for rest and regeneration of your body’s tissues to prevent injury, rehabilitate and restore mobility. This class will help you progress toward your health and fitness goals by repairing muscle fibers after physical activity.
