Stress can have a huge impact on our lives, both mentally and physically. Sometimes we don’t even realize how much our stress is affecting us. San Luis Sports Therapy – Paso Robles wants to help you become AWARE of stress that may be affecting your way of life and take ACTION on those stressors so you can LIVE IT UP!

Schedule daily self-care: 5-10 minutes of focused breathing, general relaxation techniques. Go for a walk. 10 minute bouts three times a day.
Schedule a complementary strategy session with SLST-Paso. Our certified Personal Trainer, Tammy Motley, will review your medical history with you. From this information an appropriate physical activity plan will be established, customized for you, to meet your goals.
